  1. Dissolve 2 parts Demerara sugar and 1 part Muscovado sugar in 3 parts of boiling water to make a sugar syrup
  2. Stir your sugar syrup into 35 ml of Jameson
  3. Whip 30 ml of cream (optional, you can use canned cream to make it easier)
  4. Brew 90 ml of espresso coffee (two espresso pours) and add to your whiskey
  5. Float the whipped cream on top
  6. Garnish with a vanilla pod or stick of cinnamon
